I spent 17 years of my life dieting. I started my first diet at the age of 19. I did every single diet under the sun from shake diets to every protocol of fasting. I did exactly what all the fitness models and health gurus told me to do. I cut sugar, carbs and dairy and I trained 6 days per week. Not only didn't I ever achieve a toned and athletic body but I also ended up with food obsession, I was constantly binge eating, my hormones were all out of whack, I rarely slept through the night, I was constipated and bloated all the time, I was constantly tired, my moods were up and down like a yo-yo and I had no sex drive.
Everything changed for me when I stumbled across the work of Ray Peat, Emma Sgourakis - The Nutrition Coach and I met Craig. What I learnt not only transformed my body but also changed my life. I no longer felt ruled by food, I stopped binge eating, I was sleeping through the night, my stomach was flat and I was no longer constipated, I had so much energy, my moods were stable and I got my sex drive back! At nearly 40 I'm in better shape than I was in my 20's eating the most food I ever have, training just 3 days per week.
It changed my life so much I left my job in mining and opened NuStrength with Craig. We then went on to develop the WinAtLife program so I could FREE other women just like me. My VISION is for all women to be free. Free from food obsession, to love their body and to feel strong. I want all women to win at life.
