Training
Each month Craig will release a new training program. There will a beginner and intermediate/advanced training program. Two to three times a year we run BUF challenges. 

These are 5 week challenges where you get to experience the full WinAtLife program for 5 weeks at a fraction of the cost.

This includes access to Craig and I, customised online training programs with access to our online app Recomposer, meal plan coaching and nutrition coaching, technique feedback on all your training so you can become a better lifter PLUS much more.

FULL WAL APPROVED FOODS BY COUNTRY
We keep a full database of WAL approved foods. This is a list of store bought branded food items that contain no preservatives or additives and can be found in most supermarkets.

We split it into country so its easy to search depending on where you're based.

This is updated monthly by our coaches and new additions can be made by clients you just need to send us an email with the item you want added to the list.
your biggest questions answered...
Do I need access to strength training equipment to do this program?
Yes you need access to a gym or basic strength training equipment to do this program. 
For the beginner program you will need: suspension trainer, dumbbells or kettlebells.
For the inter/adv program you will need: dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, bench or adjustable bench, squat rack or power rack. 
I don't want to bulk up is this program suitable for me?
It's hard for women to build muscle, we don't have the same hormonal profile as men. You will only look bulky if you don't lose body fat (this comes back to nutrition). Muscle takes up less space than fat, so as you put on lean muscle (its a slow process) and the fat comes off you will look toned. 
I can't eat gluten can I do this program?
The entire food list is gluten free apart from good quality sourdough. Bread is not a necessity in the diet it's a nicety.
If I can't tolerate dairy can I do this program?
If you can't tolerate dairy currently that is usually a sign of a deeper issue. You will build your own meal plan so you can leave dairy out to begin with and work on healing your metabolism and digestion and try adding small amounts in when things start to improve.
Do you set my macronutrient targets and do I get a meal plan?
No we teach you how to do your own meal plans as well as set your own macronutrient targets. We provide food lists, meal ideas, recipe books and an extensive library of videos on how to use Myfitnesspal to do your meal plans, set your macro targets and adjust your macros/calories.
Can I submit meal plans for review?
No this is a coaching service which is only available as part of our WinAtLife program. For an additional cost, BUF members are able to purchase one-off meal plan reviews and consults where our coaches will give you in depth feedback on your meal plan to help you achieve your goals.
Can I submit training videos for review?
No this is a coaching service which is only available as part of our WinAtLife program. For an additional cost, BUF members can purchase training video feedback reviews and training video consults to help you achieve your goals.
I'm a vegetarian can I do this program?
If you eat eggs, seafood and dairy you can adapt the program, however if you're vegan the nutrition component will not be suitable.
What do I do if I have questions about content in the website or how to use the website?
You can post your questions in the private Facebook page, submit them via the questions portal on the website or email us at bufmembership@nustrength.com.au.
I'm over 60 will this program work for me?
This program is suitable for women of all ages. In the WinAtLife program our youngest client is 17 and our oldest client is 65.
I'm not based in Australia, I'm worried about not having access to the required foods in my country.
We have women from all over the world in our WinAtLife program. The food list is basic foods our grandparents used to eat so you can access them from anywhere in the world. We also have a WAL approved store bought food list by country which is updated monthly.
How do I gain access to the private Facebook page once I purchase my membership.
Once you purchase your membership you will get sent an email with the access details to the website. Once you log in there will be a link to request access to the private group. Each day our admin goes through and approves new requests.
Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
If you purchase the monthly membership you can cancel at anytime. If you purchase the yearly membership and decide to leave early or are  not using the membership there are no refunds. However if you decide to upgrade to our WinAtLife program the unused portion of your BUF membership can be used as a credit towards your WAL membership.
The sooner you commit to yourself, the faster you'll get the results.
